Mailed Snacks to Reddit Snack Exchange
I had to re-make the coffee bites so that I could overnight them for the reddit.com snack exchange. OMG, the postage was expensive!!

Encouragement for the Coffee Bites
Again, just a little encouragement for the coffee bites. I know they will be famous, they just have to suffer through the fire of the oven and then everything will be okay!
Our Promotions
This is part of our promotions at the Ruta Maya.
We were gonna try to sell the big cakes to pay for developing the most perfect recipe, but no one really wants to buy a whole cake, they just wanna eat the cake.
Which is fine with me, because I've decided I really don't like baking those huge cakes, and I like making the little Coffee Bites better!
New Cake, Meet your Maker!
Problems!
I turned down the temperature for--well, let's just say technical reasons--and this is what happened! It was gross and mushy, I couldn't even get it out of the pan!
Oh my gosh, I cursed like a sailor, sent out mad texts to all my friends, selfishly grabbed the last beer in the fridge, and started over! Curses! The cakes take so long to make, it's not till hours later that you realize your mistake.

I didn't actually make the cake on this day--right after the making of this video, and during the editing--someone brought over some tequila......well, you know the ending of that story!
