I turned down the temperature for--well, let's just say technical reasons--and this is what happened! It was gross and mushy, I couldn't even get it out of the pan!
Oh my gosh, I cursed like a sailor, sent out mad texts to all my friends, selfishly grabbed the last beer in the fridge, and started over! Curses! The cakes take so long to make, it's not till hours later that you realize your mistake.
