The Coffee-in-a-Cake is an independent project....but could never have been done or accomplished or attempted without Ruta Maya. Please check out their webpage www.rutamaya.net or their Facebook Page to see their commitment to their own community and to the community surrounding the coffee farms where their shade-tree coffee is grown. If you are visiting this state from a non-Austin place check your local stores, you might find some Ruta Maya coffee beans for sale.
